'Democracy Matters' - COSLA & Scottish Government consultation/discussion on Local Governance

28 November 2018

COSLA & Scottish Government are currently carrying out a joint Local Governance Review.  To round off the engagement phase, “Democracy Matters”, we will be holding a series of regional events to bring together those who have already had Democracy Matters conversations, and others who have not yet had the chance, to reflect on the emerging themes, and what these tell us about what needs to happen next.

The Inverness events will be held on Wednesday 28 November at the Spectrum Centre, at 12.00 and 5.30.  Book your place here.

We are part of the rapidly expanding worldwide Transition Towns movement. The Black Isle is a peninsula of about 100 sq miles ENE of Inverness in Scotland, UK.
